RAMAYA COMPLEX, HAPUR.

 A modern commercial shopping complex project we are currently designing in Hapur, planned across four floors with a dedicated basement parking facility. The project is envisioned as a contemporary retail and commercial destination, combining efficient space planning with a visually appealing architectural design. With thoughtfully designed circulation, spacious shop layouts, and functional common areas, the complex aims to create a seamless experience for both businesses and visitors while enhancing the overall urban character of the location. 

A pharmaceutical manufacturing project designed for Ambic Ayurved in Sardhana, spread across approximately 11,000 sq. yards of land. The planning focused on creating a balanced industrial campus with efficient functionality and future scalability. Around 250 sq. yards at the entrance were utilized for the administrative office space, while approximately 1,000 sq. yards at the rear side were dedicated to the factory and production area. The remaining site area was thoughtfully planned for landscaped greenery, open circulation, and future expansion requirements, creating a well-organized and sustainable industrial environment.
